At A2Z Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your A2Z Mart account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
